Hi, I'm the Founder of The Collective Thread. This platform was born out of a deeply personal season of life. When my wife’s health began to decline, my only priority was being home to stand by her side through it all. That journey opened my eyes to a glaring error in our modern work culture: making a living and caring for the people we love shouldn't be in constant conflict. The traditional corporate model forces a choice between livelihood and life, and I decided it was time to rewrite those rules.

I created this space to prove that a model can prioritize humanity, true community, and ethical support for its people. Because at the end of the day, I am not building a business. I am building a family. Welcome to the collective.
